Hello readers!
Today, I present to you a photo shoot for a pair of newlyweds! They reached out to me early this year for photos for their Hmong wedding. We had a phone conversation and I asked about how they met, their relationship and their path to marriage. I will not reveal all the juicy details but I have to say... I love a good love story that overcomes distance, struggles (for example: the pandemic) and simply, time. I am excited about their next chapter in life together and honored that they chose me to photograph them before their special day.

In between Wisconsin's winter and spring, we decided to photograph at the Seven Bridges Park, south of Milwaukee. I have been to this place once before and just loved the trails and bridges that connects throughout the park. It was a sunny day but also chilly. Our future bride and groom dressed in white. I loved Lucy's laced dress and beige platform shoes. As well as her nails done!

Our couple posed so naturally and they were so cute. A bit shy at first of course, but when they got into their elements and comfort level, I didn't need to provide anymore direction. They were truly made for each other.

We had a great morning getting to know one another and I am truly honored that they chose me to photograph for their special day! Congratulations, Lucy & Fong!
Thank you reading today's blog!
With love, May See.
